Took my 82 year old mom for ear ache and cough. Waited in car until they called my cell phone letting me know I could take her directly to room. Doctor came in 10 mins later asked questions and actually checked my mom. Medications were ready for pick-up at our local pharmacy in less than 30 later. Very happy with the entire experience. Great staff!!
I had an amazing visit with this urgent care yesterday!
I had a SEVERE case of strep. I went into the Banning location 3 days before my visit to Perris, and received excellent care, as I had experienced there before.
Unfortunately, the two days following, my Strep throat worsened despite taking the antibiotics as prescribed. I also had an incoming ear infection.
I returned to the Rapid Care, this time in Perris, because it opened at 9am and we thought we could make it and be first.

This is the only urgent care my family and I ever go to because time and time again they have shown their willingness to go above and beyond to care for patients and it’s very much appreciated. This evening alone the front desk representative Ejuan (sorry if incorrect spelling) took his time even past his shift to help me when I was having trouble getting my prescription approval, he not only called the pharmacy for me but called me back and communicated any updates. I have seen several doctors at this location and each one of them have been attentive, thorough, and genuinely cared about my concerns.
