Whole office smells like pee... like they mop the floor with urine type smell.... Ridiculously long wait (over an hour) and still no contact with the doctor. Is this really how y'all treat people in this county with MediCal? Terrible, horrible waste of time.

this was the worse experience ever!!! the MA are lazy ! they don't care they ignore you when you ask question rude as heck the doctor was nice but she takes forever with each patient and I didn't feel heard at !! I don't feel like I got the help i needed at all this was so horrible !

The doctor is straight to the point and nice . Just be clear . Call before going in to put your name down on the list ! Be ready to wait! The staff is nice ! They areTrying to help as many people as they can ❤️ Thank you !! I appreciate the help . Love the doctor ! Love the staff .We are all in this together and I been there two times !
