“I met Carmen TWENTY YEARS AGO when she had a small Salon on Petaluma Blvd. In Petaluma, California. After nineteen years I needed touch up on my eyeliner and was frantic when I could not remember the name of her Salon. After a couple of disastrous experiences with other practitioners, the name SKIN CITY finally came to me! Hallelujia! I am now fully rejeuvenated with Eyeliner and my First pass of Lip Color. I will be back in about six weeks to finish up the lips (Carmen always sees things that even I don't see to correct!)
I am so happy that Carmen is thriving both in Penngrove and Las Vegas! Way to go Carmen!

“Today I had the most relaxing, almost levitating experience with Rachel. To start, the room was warm and cozy, great ambiance. Rachel explained, step by step how she would proceed but not without asking me if I was allergic to anything or if I didn’t care for certain smells etc. The products she used were all natural and didn’t have any heavy / perfumie smell. They left my face soft and glowing. The steam along with the infrared calmed me to a different level.
