“During the pandemic, I let my hair grow out. It was long, straight & needed a change. I went to my previous hairdresser & she said my hair was too fine to do what I wanted. She cut the split ends & quite a bit more length than I wanted off & very minimalistic styling around my face. When I left she knew I was not pleased. She let me know it would be a short wait but could fit me in.
