I have been going to Svelte Salon for over a year seeing Rachell for Hair color and cuts. I have never been happier! I feel so blessed to have found her shortly after I moved here from Southern California. *Check this Svelte Salon out in Pennegrove it's simply the BEST!
Iv been coming to this salon since Reece opened it and it is the best salon, I will never go anywhere else and iv been to the best salons in the Bay Area. Svelte has my hair extensions at the salon, I can get them maintained as well as my color, cuts and products! Reece is so sweet, so smart when it comes to hair and I love that she cares about my hair healthy! 5 stars! Highly recommend
