“My husband and I have been working with Stephanie for about a year now. I have PCOS and I'm of advance maternal age (aka 40 haha). “I recently had an experience that truly helped me realize that I'm getting so much out of the yoga classes that I've been attending for about a year and a half. A couple weeks ago I took a plane trip out of state. I have anxiety of being in an enclosed space for too long and this was a 5 hour flight. An hour or so into the trip I started to pay attention to my breath. I pictured in my mind the beautiful Mandala wall at the yoga studio. I even placed my hands into a couple of Mudra poses. Next thing I knew the pilot was announcing that we would soon be decending into Cleveland airport. Blue Door Yoga and Wellness is the reason I can now take a plane ride without so much anxiety and approach other things in life with less stress.“
