I attended my very first Yoga class ever today at Dragonfly. What a beautiful experience. Bonnie does an amazing job of leading the "Soft Yoga" class. Her voice and cadence keeps everything focused and flowing smoothly. The atmosphere in the studio is peaceful and serene. If you're curious about Yoga, this is a great place to give it a try.
