Update 06/02/26 - Service Manager Josh and Francisco came out to fix an issue and answer some questions. Last company that was out here in January did not do a tune up like they said. They came out here and did an amazing job. 5 Stars! Great customer service.
Josh was amazing! Great customer service. Got quoted double the price from someone else. With what I paid I was able to get a fancy contraption to clean the air and a wifi thermostat! They even offered to help with the rebate paperwork. Overall great service. I want to give a big shout out to Josh from Sky Whirl who has taken care of all my HVAC needs and has responded to all my texts and calls without exception and a big thanks to Sebastian and Johnathan who installed the mini split unit with their courteous and professional attitude. I hope I can encourage anyone who needs HVAC work done to give Sky Whirl a call, you will be pleased with their performance.
Josh first evaluated our unit on Saturday and determined the aftermarket compressor grounded out and it was finally time for a whole new unit. I got a couple more bids on Monday and after being the most reasonable and winning my job by Monday at 3pm, he was able to magically schedule me for the new unit to be installed the next morning. Crane was there by 6am on Tuesday along with our installers Sebastian, Luke and David. They were done by 11am and we were thrilled with our new thermostat and cool air.
I had very professional, quick and cost effective service from Sky Whirl and would certainly use them again!
