great plumbing service from mckay brothers plumbing. prompt, affordable, professional, and very knowledgeable. our service techs, jay and evan, were excellent. when our water heater stopped working one evening, we called and got a clear quote over the phone, which was very helpful since not every plumbing company will give pricing that way for a water heater replacement and installation. the price was fair and even a bit lower than some other options we checked. they were able to get us scheduled quickly, and jay and evan called about 15 minutes before arriving. they showed up within the promised time window and got right to work. they replaced the water heater efficiently,...read full review
todd came out to replace a moen shower cartridge that had snapped inside the valve body. While he was there, i also pointed out that the main water shutoff for the house had a small leak. He quickly handled the shower repair and fixed the leaking shutoff valve the same visit, which saved time and kept everything flowing right. He explained each step in simple terms, talked through the plumbing work as he went, and shared helpful tips for keeping both valves in good working order over time. Evan came out to our facility in Patterson to fix a leak on our hot water heater and also helped with a few other plumbing tasks right away. He handled everything with a great attitude, worked fast, and left the area clean when the job was done.
