Lennar at Bradford at Baldwin Ranch

Just bought a LENNAR home over a year ago and to say the experience was “easy” no. From the communication when we bought the home to after purchasing the communication with the builders is terrible. The house is ok but so much we had to do for this to be “a brand new home”. Things as simple as grab a level and check were not done. We will never ever buy another house from LENNAR.

We went into this process ready to buy Lot 347—a house that is essentially perfect for our family and dogs. We drove a four-hour round trip from Marin County on November 4th just to see it. However, the service we received from Lennar was unprofessional, confusing, and completely eroded our confidence.
Our first impression on-site was shocking. The portable restroom outside the sales office had urine covering the area, and there were zero refreshments available. Considering the magnitude of the investment we are looking at, the lack of basic cleanliness and hospitality is unacceptable.
