I came up with that slogan because Regan Air might be the only provider left in town operated by the values of the old school tradesmen. I work for a GC down south where I live and when I needed my hvac updated at our condo up at the lake, I was floored and enraged when I started getting bids.
The well known shops in town were quoting me 20 grand to replace the hvac in my tiny, under 1k sqft, 2 bedroom condo. I’ve had sub contractors replace units in multimillion dollar homes in LA recently for less than that.
