For a complex and at times frustrating sale, Gwen was absolutely amazing. Her market knowledge, understanding of real estate law and best practices and paramount ability to see what's coming and prepare accordingly is in my opinion, unmatched. I have worked with a few agents in my life but none as sharp, diligent, hard working and empathetic as Gwen. Do yourself a favor and hire Gwen in a tough market!
