The purpose of this post is to commend PROTECH Computer & Internet Services for the outstanding technical support they have provided to me over the last several years. I have a Windows computer at home as well as one in my business in Atascadero. My wife has an I MAC at home along with an Apple I-pad and PROTECH has kept them all running in tip top shape. While we have experienced both hardware failures as well as occasional software issues Mr. Michael Valenzuela and his staff are always prompt to resolve the problem. I've used Protech for the past 6 years. Mike is always quick to get back to me and resolve technical issues that I'm experiencing in my business. Technology is vital to my business productivity and I don't know what I would do without his assistance and knowledge.
