“Paul Is in a wheelchair and recovering from two back surgeries. He is dependent on a transport van service. He has been going to Paso Robles’s Physical Therapy and had a late afternoon appointment. There was some miscommunication with the Ride on transport service and Paul was left there sitting out in the parking lot by himself. Since it was after hours, we were both calling the company, but there was no answer. They were closed for the day. Paul’s physical therapist Alyson loaded both Paul and his wheelchair into her car. It was the first time he had been in a car in seven months and she brought him home. It was the end of her working day and she could have just gone home. Instead Alyson showed Care and compassion and took on the responsibility of ensuring that Paul got home safely. She went above and beyond. We are so thankful and grateful to Alyson for being so responsible. She is a great therapist and is a great help to Paul.“
