Dr Kieger has come through so many times over the years. I've gone here off and on since the 90's. Too many times it takes weeks or longer to get in with a general practitioner these days. This place is first come first serve, they do not take insurance but typically only charge $60. Per visit. Recently I was suffering with a uti and my regular Dr. Expected me to wait over a month to be seen . So I walked into North County Care, waited my turn to be seen and then was given a test and diagnoses along with a prescription . So to me that was well worth $60.00 . He is a bit of a character, don't let that turn you off he is a very good Dr. that does what he can to help people...read full review

Dr. Kiger and his staff are life savers. I was so sick and had no voice for 12 days. They made everything quick and easy so I could get antibiotics.I truly believe I might not have survived without them. Reasonably priced and hassle free.

Omg ! This place is great and the staff is awesome......I went to three different doctors in the county.....and those doctors are all about the money.......This Doctor is great.... I learned a few new things about myself, that this doctor pointed out....and the price is the best in the county .... I will tell my friends, and definitely be back... this place is way way better the urgent care of Atascadero, and half the price.....You will be glad you came here....I'm so happy I found Dr Boyce Kiger...And I have money left over for lunch
