OMG! A new battery, a new "state-of-the-art" hard drive makes all the difference. You guys took my laptop from an old nag dragging a wooden cart to a Delorean with a flux capacitor. Thank you so much, worth every penny!

Incredibly helpful and easy to talk with for a non high tech person such as myself... They were able to fix a couple of issues remotely without having to take my computer in... Pricing was very fair as well.. Travis and team will be our "go to" computer support forever.
