Rich And Stacey are a lovely Team always on time, efficient, and you get the report the next day. They are fantastic at traveling to different areas that are further away from their town which is amazing. So I recommend them to anyone that wants a good Thorough inspector.

Rick Ivie conducted a roof inspection on a 10-unit condominium complex on November 14, 2023 for our HOA. Rick did a thorough inspection of each unit attic and the external conditions of the roof and gutters for the buildings. He issued a report within 3 days that contained extensive information and photos of the roof condition and recommendations for future actions. The HOA is extremely pleased not only with Rick's report but with his professionalism. Ivie Inspections met and exceeded the expectations of this HOA.

Sent out a request for a door to be installed. I spoke to Richard Ivie about it and he told me everything I would need. I chose him just because of his answers to questions I didn't know.He did a masterful job replacing the back door of our Garage. he was meticulous in making sure everything fit exactly right.
