Goodfellas Handyman and Appliance Repair

This is the second time Jose has come out to repair separate issues for our home warranty company within the past month, and we have been very impressed both times. The first visit was for a leak under our kitchen sink, and most recently he fixed a leak from our toilet.

Jose responded quickly each time, stayed in great communication through calls and texts, and handled both repairs efficiently and professionally. He was also very accommodating to our work schedule and made the time to come out on a weekend, which we really appreciated.

My built-in Monogram refrigerator wasn’t getting cold all of a sudden. I vacuumed the top portion trying to get to the cooling fins which is not easy. There was very little debris anyway. I thought it may be the compressor since it was making an alternating humming noise. That was because it was working hard to keep up the cooling of both the refrigerator and freezer sides. Julio came when he said he would and diagnosed the problem with our dryer. He looked up the parts needed and showed us the cost before ordering. He let us know when parts would be in and scheduled a time to come back. He also let us know how long the repair would take. Julio was knowledgeable, transparent, honest, and organized. He's also very reasonably priced. We will call him again for any repair needs.
