I have having sciatica with sudden onset. The pain was so bad that I woke up with night sweats and twice the two nights before. The pain was so bad that I considered what it would be like not to have the effected leg and just use crutches.I had met Helena at a health event months before so I had Helena in my crosshairs.One session and my pain is gone. I am just working on a lingering limp (probably just muscle memory) and Helena gave me tips on posture, standing and sitting technique.I would highly recommend!!
