Drama Loft is an excellent choice. Jena was able to help with a large private group event we held this past fall. The students really enjoyed her yoga instruction. I would recommend this studio for classes and other yoga related events!

Dharma Yoga Loft has been extremely impactful in the best way to my spiritual healing journey. You can feel the calm atmosphere the second you walk up those steps, and for someone who has always dealt with high anxiety, a calming atmosphere is invaluable. Firstly everything in the loft is clean and it always smells so nice! It’s truly a beautiful space. Secondly, they offer a variety of classes!! They have different types of flows, they have Pilates, they have classes that involve a mix of yoga flows and strength work…there are many options. I have been a student/member of Dharma Yoga Loft for nearly five years now and I can not express enough how extraordinary this place is! The community of instructors, as well as students, is so very unique. All are very warm and welcoming! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and each offers their own exceptional touches to their classes. It truly is my home-away-from-home and what I get out of each experience far surpasses my expectations. If you are looking for a yoga studio - you must give this one a try!
