I have been visiting Wooree Healthcare for 8 years. My weekly visits with Dr Won and his delightful assistant, Jackie, are one of the highlights of my week. Their care and friendship keep me coming back each week. I swim two miles every morning, 7 days a week, so the acupuncture, cupping, and sauna programs have been instrumental in keeping my 70-year-old body in top shape for my swims. Even though the office is always busy, Dr Won and Jackie always have plenty of time for my individual care. Dr Won is very persistent in focusing on where my visit / treatment should focus on, to maximize any pain management I may have. After 8 years, I appreciate his persistence in checking in with me, on every visit, so he can maximize my care and treatment for that day. My primary care physician has stated that my physicals and lab work has improved to a point that all my lab results are in the green with no issues, as well as an amazing resting heart rate of 50 bpm. He says I am in better shape than most 40-year-olds. I attribute my results directly to my daily 2-mile swim along with Dr Won and his amazing and focused care with my weekly treatments. I highly recommend Pasadena Wooree Healtcare Lake Avenue, Pasadena. Dr. Won is a remarkable acupuncturist and the administrative assistant Jackie is likewise very nice and helpful. The attention and treatments are of a very high quality in the services rendered by Dr. Won and Jackie. I have been going to this center since spring, 2023 and I can see many positive results on my migraines (diminishing), back pains (in one session - gone!), and my energy or Qi, etc. I feel great after each session and the rest of the time. The regular treatments that I am receiving have a tremendous effect on my wellbeing, my mood etc. Dr. Won is always keen to know how I'm doing and where I feel weakness. He cares for his patients. In addition to acupuncture, I also do two sessions of cardio and infrared and have been losing weight steadily since September - along with paying attention to what I am eating, I have reduced considerably my carbs and I feel good. Dr. Won will check my diet as he's very attentive and encourages me and the efforts that I make. Beside the treatments, Dr. Won and Jackie are extremely helpful regarding the insurance process. I am having a great experience at Wooree Healthcare.
I love their facilities that I cannot find anyone around me has it. First of all, my acquaintance has recommended me there to visit for my pituitary gland issue to sweat under the far-infrared will help detox my body. It sure is helping me so much and I feel so light and my stress level is going down somehow. I am using dome style and lying inside relax while I am sweating to detox. I love the idea of relaxing at the same time detoxing it. What a great deal to me!!! I am not a person who enjoys the work out to sweat but it gives me same amount or decent amount of sweat I expect. There is a cycle inside the cubicle far-infrared. I used the cycle too and it really help me to accelerate my heart beating and sweating too. Moreover, I truly appreciate the best service of Jackie who is the manager and Ken who is the OMD doctor. Jackie is always nice service and talk so softly. I cannot speak loudly because the atmosphere and people are so gentle and soft. Ken is the best OMD doctor I ever experienced. His acupuncture skill is one of top since I don't feel any fear but relax when he gave me an accupunture treatment. I usually become so stiff and anxiety level arisen so my hand sweats. I like the idea of their lighting that is so soft and it doesn't heart my eye. I think that makes me more relaxed and feel comfortable. I think every little details they really concern about their patients to be feel relaxed for their visit. All my experiences with them are the best especially my body tells me so after being treated from Wooree. I feel better and better every time I visit there.
