Terrible experience. Ordered my kitchen and a vanity from here and the lead times were off both times. Design process took a long time and delayed my project multiple times. Would not recommend.
I spent a lot of time in and out of cabinet retailers. I like the many options shown in Western's showroom. Finally, I could walk a few steps and see the cabinet faces from each cabinet maker and make a clear minded decision under one roof, and so I did. I worked with Hailey who was very straight forward and knowledgeable. I would send my mother here to purchase cabinets because there were no sales pitches. Hailey just delivers information and offers ideas and opinions that help you get from point A to point B. It's appointment only and for a good reason, you get the personal touch.
They were good when Josa, the designer onsite was there till fall of 2021. I got my cabinets ordered while she was there but once she left, everything was in shambles! I ended up working with Scott, the owner and he "seemed" like he was staying on top of his game but nope. He didn't respond to my inquiry to confirm delivery date so I canceled the deposited check (how can I be confident that this company that hasn't been responsive not to take my money and run??); then he rescheduled it and of course it rains during those several days which caused me to pay extra storage fee per day, all because of Scott not staying on top of the game. And the girl who replaced Josa wasn't very nice. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! It was such a huge headache and probably aged me like 10 yrs during those few weeks I had to deal with them. As for quality of cabinets, it has really nothing to do with WSC but I got the UltraCraft brand cabinets. The color is nice and the craftmanship seems okay but the quality of "wood" is questionable. I thought they were going to be "real wood" not composite. But I think only the door part maybe real wood and the side portions are composite which weren't clearly explained.
