I recently visited West Coast Wireless & Pasadena Phone Repair, and I’m so glad I did. I thought my iPhone screen was cracked and was fully prepared to pay for a screen replacement. But Edwin and his son, also named Edwin, took a look and let me know that the actual screen was perfectly fine—it was just the screen protector that was cracked.
Their honesty really stood out to me. They could have easily charged me for a repair I didn’t need, but instead, they were completely upfront and transparent. That kind of integrity is rare and so appreciated.

Edwin was quick to respond to my original inquiry and helped me find a time to come in the following day. He was friendly and we chatted while he replaced my Samsung Galaxy s10e battery and replaced the failing glue holding the back on. He practically gave me a new case and screen protector since he was trying to reduce his stock for my phone model. All together, he charged me $55 for the battery, repair, new case, and screen protector (including installation), which feels more than fair. I completely recommend this business and will happily return for any other phone issues I have. My iPhone11 wasn’t charging properly or holding a charge-wasn’t sure if it was battery, port or cable. Turned out it was battery. Eduardo got me in and out in under an hour. Very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions in addition to replacing battery. Really reasonable prices too. Has pkg lot as well so easy access. Can’t go wrong with this shop!
PS Phone fully charged an hour ago and still at 100% with regular use. Before today’s service, usage would’ve been 40% lower. thank you thank you thank you!
