On December of last year, me and my daughter and my wife went to Ulta and had the fortune to be attended by Sabina. She's exceptional and had helped my wife and daughter choose good products for their skincare. We returned a few times later and didn't find her, until today, when we came back and found her. Again, Sabina was happy to help my wife and my daughter! She has incredible customer service, she's very kind and knows a lot about the products in the store and was able to give them advice on what to select once again. We really appreciate Sabina's help!!
Literally the best hair experience of my life. From the moment I entered the salon, I was greeted, sat and serviced. My stylist Sonia listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly! She offered me water, listened to me vent and gave me the most amazing color and cut ever! I had an incredible experience at this salon! The attention to detail, care, and overall vibe of the salon made the whole visit feel special. I've never felt more confident walking out of a salon-l absolutely love my new look and can't wait to come back for my extensions in the near future. I usually don’t shop at Ulta and this time I was convinced to re-stock my full skin care but I really had no idea where to start from. So I was just looking and looking until Estefanie helped me try a few items that are now a must in my daily routine. She was so helpful as I do not wear foundation, she finally showed me how to wear it and what color matched me the best she even made me switch my SPF brand that I was over with but to anxious to change. Overall she made my whole experience better as I think I didn’t like going to Ulta because all girls usually look mean and I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions or to get demos and samples.
