Dr. Korth and team were amazing. The new team, at least at the front desk, seems disorganized and possibly like they’re not properly trained. When I arrived for my scheduled fitting for my contact lenses, which they insisted I needed an appointment with the doctor in order to pick them up, they made me wait for several minutes while they confirmed that the doctor actually wasn’t available to meet me after all, and I should just take my lenses and go. Disappointing. I really loved what this place was before. The customer service alone, and feeling like the team isn’t equipped to take adequate care of me, is making me seek new services elsewhere.

I was in a pinch and desperately needed more contacts before heading on vacation. This office staff (namely Polet) went above and beyond setting me up for success on my trip-- super generous. I was blown away by the customer service since I'm not a current patient there... but let me tell you, once I'm back from my trip, they'll be the FIRST doctor I'll see!

First annual eye exam since Dr. Korth retired. Saw Dr Chris Tran. He was very nice and thorough. He explained the results of my digital retinal image in detail. He wrote prescriptions, one for lenses and one for glasses to take with me. Paulette helped me to pick out glasses and order contacts. She was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran And Total Vision.
