The Serenity Studio is the best hidden gem I've ever found. I've been in great hands with Vivienne for almost a year, and each time I leave her studio, I feel so much more relaxed and you can physically see where the stress was lifted off of my body. Earlier this week, I woke up with such pain in my lower back that I freaked the eff out that I somehow may have broken something. I was not able to stand up straight and felt my body wobble whenever I tried and the pain was 100 out of 10. Vivienne is absolutely amazing! She is a warm and kind person that really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Immediately booked 5 more sessions with her after my first. She is a rare gem!!!

I was gifted a massage with Vivienne as a birthday present and I am so glad I was! She has plenty of experience as she's also worked at the Langham before. She gives you a consultation and listens to your needs. Her studio is inside Sola Salon. There's a directory once you enter and it isn't hard to find. Park in the Macy's garage (free) and walk over towards the entrance of TJ Maxx. You'll see the door for Sola in there and will easily find her studio according to the directory.
