This review is loooong overdue! Despite this Home Depot location in Pasadena not being as large as the Monrovia store, I always find everything I need. And back in December 2026, I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service when I went in to purchase a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. The representative that helped me is Marybeth, she was incredible!!! She literally took her time in explaining the pros and cons of the appliances I was considering purchasing. She never pressured me and was very professional and kind. It's odd, honestly, very odd now a days to receive such exceptional service. John Ishii was so helpful to me. When I went to buy a hand vacuum cleaner, I had no idea
about vacuum cleaners, one was Ryobi and another one was … I forgot what manufacturer
made. But John explained what difference between the two of them very clearly and nicely.
I decided to take a Ryobi brand , but again, I had no idea how to charge a battery for that
vacuum cleaner. So, I asked him if I purchased the Ryobi right now, and after I paid for it,
he can help me how to use a hand vacuum cleaner and how to change it.
He said YES! He explained it very well.
After purchasing the Ryobi , I returned to Home Depot, then I asked him to order Eureka
