I spend thousands of dollars yearly utilizing Home Depot purchases to maintain my real estate investments. Furthermore, the customer service is top-notch. However, my most recent interaction with Alyssa, a manager, could have been better. I just found a $52 item purchased one year ago that was not opened. I attempted to return it today, and it was denied. Alyssa's defensive posturing did not insure me as a customer, and she led me to believe logging on to The Retail Equation (TRE) website would clarify why my return was denied and that the site would ensure me of receiving store credit for the purchased item. Both Harold and Alexander are so helpful, when I'm trying to get big items in my car. I don't even have to ask, they just come right over and offer their help. I appreciate good service...THANK YOU HOME DEPOT

It's always nice to find an associate at the store who's willing to help out doesn't hide behind the apron and aTrying to look busy when people approach. Such is the case with Aidan I'm not even sure he works in the lumber department but when I needed some plywood cut right then he was walking by positive attidude and was right on It Home depot can definitely benefit for having people like Aidan at every store also the prodesk was pretty impressive as well great attitude was able to get in and do what I needed to do efficiently
