“This is my second time doing a live scan at this location and service was fast and efficient. I always call in to schedule an appointment (that's required now due to Covid). Usually getting and appointment in a particular time frame is easy in my experience. The cost was under $20, so affordable. The only complaint I have is Parking is tough. They have a tiny shared parking lot so residential parking is usually what you need to do. Residential area near there is pretty congested and the street near it (I think Marengo) is a one way. Keep that in mind when heading to your appointment and allow 10 minutes for parking prior. Service is always good and wait time is almost none due to having a scheduled appointment.“
