Outstanding customer service and professionalism. They go out of their way to provide the perfect customer satisfaction. Dry cleaning is exceptional and their alterations are above par. The prices are better than any competitors in the area. Its a mom and pop operation with the customer service of a 5 star joint. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and organized location, plus parking is good. I highly recommend this place.
Great service for both dry cleaning and alterations! Mi Young did a great job helping me with a variety of sewing needs, from taking in a linen dress, to patching some holes in a cotton bag, to even altering my bridesmaids dress for a wedding. It was clear that she took care with each job she took on; especially with the bridesmaids dress, I could tell she was thinking about it deeply and wanted me to feel beautiful in the finished product. I am so grateful for both Young and Mi Young's great care of my clothes.
This place has been my husband and I's go-to dry cleaner for the past few years living in Pasadena. This place is run by the sweetest husband and wife duo who provides the best service. They've always done a great job with our dry-clean only clothes.
However, the most notable experience was when I dropped off my wedding dress and my wedding reception mini-dress. I had multiple red wine stains in both dresses and they were able to make both dresses look like new. I also had my wedding dress preserved and they took their time to order the right size box for me so it wouldn't be too big to store.
