I just started trying Pasadena location from my usual Silverlake option and got Denise and this was my 1st ever, most thorough, and most experienced person I have gotten to date. She got everything and is passionate on providing her best skills you can just tell. It's refreshing to see an employee who actually cares to deliver the best they can be. I am always happy with the immediate results from the wax. I have also seen a reduction of hair growth over time. I love that it's environmentally friendly - with little to no waste. But most of all I have to say that I have almost never had a bad interaction with an employee at S+B stores. I swear everyone who works there is so friendly, fun, kind and respectful. It makes the experience so nice.
