Stage of Mind came highly recommended from our realtors. Initially I was unsure of how much this would help sell our home. From our first meeting Liana was amazing. She listened to my concerns and provided excellent ideas and things I could do, she even went to stores and took pictures of things I could install all before I signed with her. I was completely blown away with what she did to our place. There were many times I wondered if I even wanted to sell it anymore lol. I am planning to use her to upgrade our current home, she is truly a visionary!

Liana is amazing.  We were selling our home while we were living in the house, a very difficult situation for a stager.  Her process is very methodical and the end result blew our mind.  I can see why they call themselves 'Stage of Mind'!!  We have to thank our agent Grace Chang for introducing her to us.

In her first visit she walked with us through the house understanding all our requirements.  Next her team moved swiftly, measured and mapped the entire house within a few minutes.

In a few days, she had the design in place to accommodate our requirements and designed around what was put forward to her.  Following week while we were gone, in a couple...read full review

A great way to partake in the city of Pasadena is to go all in! As the gatekeeping city of the Colorado Street Bridge, lush valley style greenery and part of the famous Route 66 you'll be pleasantly surprised by all the variety of this "Dena!" It's easy to say I'm definitely a San Gabriel Valley fan, the other big LA valley and it doesn't get more SGV than this wide spacious city of Old Town and New gems to be found.... unofficially officially the "capital of the SG Valley for sure. The Tournament of Roses' Rose Parade is a huge annual staple event drawing in many and filling this city to capacity. My friend Chris is a member and this past year just before the big event, we got to experience and enjoy the prequel watch volunteers and committed individuals build and put the final touches on floars featured. Pasadena hosted one of my favorite events, the LA Vegan Beer (& Food) Festival aka Eat Drink Vegan, which has since settled, but might make a cameo/return in the future. For me Pasadena is full of amazing people (have you met Nikki B.), old friends, past loves, great memories, stellar beverages and good food! You can get your active bliss at many gym establishments, including the Anytime Fitness on Colorado Blvd, 24hr Fitness on the same Blvd, Speakeasy Fitness on Altadena Drive, and numerous others. The city and neighborhoods are full of sidewalks, paths, parks and inclines as well. Brookside on Arroyo Blvd (absolutely one of the bigger parks in LA and absolutely the biggest and most popularest in Pasadena) - McDonald Park, a secret fav typically on the route to one of my besties homes (who I should visit more)... Central Park, yes there's one of those here... but it's more cozy and a small fraction of the size of both thee Central Park (NYC) and Brookside. WHAT TO DO: Read, experience, sip and shop at the infamous Vroman's Bookstore also along the famous Route 66 Catch movies next door at the Landmark, Regal down the street, Regency or IPIX in Old (Town) Pasadena. Support art at USC Pacific Asia Museum... buy supplies at Blick Art Materials off Raymond Ave. Enjoy some Theater Arts at the Pasadena Playhouse, quite amazing! Have a mall adventure at The Paseo, dine out at Get the scoop w/ Ice Cream at my second favorite Wanderlust Creamery Grab a caffeine pick me up at Jones Coffee Roasters! Drive thru or sit and eat at Ricchardo's the Total Vegetarian (formerly Orean's the Health Express). Parkway Grill for a truly romantic meal. The Speakeasy... is worth the find... Think sandwich ;) Drinks at The George! A quality food truck fix in the 626 is Fat Boys, by far. Go on the Olive Walk #LocalFlavor on a campus... With so much variety and history it's beyond easy to see why people live, laugh in, learn, dine, thrive and/or pass through the Pasa. One of my other favorite things about Pasadena is how incredibly inclusive it is... LGBTQ+ friendly with First United Methodist Church, The Boulevard Bar, Pasadena Pride and more!! Parking in neighborhoods is easy enough, but definitely check those signs and avoid fines. In the more bustle parts you'll come to meters and lots that are affordable and/or fee avoidable. The places that require a ticket for access typically validate with businesses. So areas are meter free with just limited times (2hrs typically). Lots of additional ways to travel here too... Aside from the 210, 134 and 710 freeways. The former Metro Gold that ran through is now the Metro A (Blue) Line and flows through most major parts.... From South Pasadena to Sierra Madre Villa (five to six stops for the train) and tons of connecting LA Metro city busses as well as the Foothill Transit. With over 130,000 people encompassing... this one of the top ten largest cities in LA County is of coursed filled with lovely homes, lofts, apartments, facilities for care (physical, dental, mental, self) and schools including CalTech, ArtCenter College of Design, Le Cordon Bleu, Pacific Oaks College, Pasadena City College and Bernard J. Tyson School of M
