Highly recommend booking a facial with Jeff. This was the best facial I've ever had. I have acne prone skin and facials in the past have been a painful experience. This was not the case with Jeff, even the extractions did not hurt at all. He is very knowledgeable about skin health and you can tell he really cares about his clients. He will give you a fully customized facial based on your skin. Very relaxing experience. Shout out to Jeff

Had my first-ever facial at Skin Factory with Jeff, and it was awesome! Being a guy, it was really cool to have a male esthetician who understands men’s skin. I went for the ‘I’m Fresh’ facial, an 80-minute treat perfect for newbies like me. Jeff asked questions before we started to really understand my skin. He gave me personalized tips for home care and customized everything based on my skin type and concerns. The whole experience was super comfortable and informative. I’ll definitely be back!
