The esthetician, named Fatima, greeted me with a warm smile and a gentle demeanor, making me feel comfortable. Fatima began by thoroughly analyzing my skin, asking about my concerns and preferences. Her expertise shone through as she tailored the facial treatment specifically for my skin type, ensuring maximum benefits. She explained each step of the process, putting me at ease and allowing me to relax and fully enjoy the experience. The facial itself was a heavenly blend of indulgence and rejuvenation. Fatima skillfully applied a range of high-quality products, carefully massaging my face with gentle strokes. My skin was dry and flaky, but I was also breaking out. Fatima identified the issues, gave me an absolutely lovely facial, and completely fixed my skin. She was very clear about what i should do to stabilize my skin in the future. The products she used were great, and I'm definitely going to purchase many of them (frankly, most of them are less expensive than the stuff at Sephora). I'll definitely be getting facials from Fatima on a regular basis.

I've struggled with cystic acne for about 10+ years and it has been a painful journey both physically & emotionally (if you know, you know). Like many, I have spent a lot of money on recommended products and facials, but my skin still managed to break out pretty much all the time. I had been looking for someone to help heal my skin without having to go on medication. I came across Fatima's page on Instagram one day, saw the before & after pictures of people with acne and it gave me hope! I read the reviews and also learned that she too had struggled with acne and was now helping others with their skin issues. For the first time, I felt understood and believed she could help my skin, so I just had to book an appointment. During my facial, Fatima kindly answered all my questions and concerns. She explained everything she was doing, what products she was using and what they were good for. She also sent me a personalized regimen and introduced me to clean brands and products that are now A MUST in my skincare routine. She told me what ingredients to look for and which ones to avoid, which has helped guide me when exploring and trying different products. We also talked about being conscious of the food we eat, because what we consume affects our skin's health. My facial experience was not only relaxing, but it was also EDUCATIONAL which is SUPER IMPORTANT. She is full of knowledge and everything I learned from her is worth gold! I've only seen her TWICE so far and haven't gotten a facial since I last went to her in 2020, but I've been able to treat and take care of my skin at home thanks to everything I've learned from her. It has changed the game for my skin and I'm truly so grateful to have found her. Fatima is a gem!
