We had Dave out to do our inspection and he was just great. As everyone else has said, the inspection was thorough and everything was explained to me in very easy to understand terms. He helped me understand what I really needed to worry about and what I didn't, and what further inspections he would have done if he were in my position. He was also very sweet with my extremely annoying little dog lol!! He brought a careful, kind energy to the whole experience. And he turned the report around quickly when it turned out we needed it on a shorter timeline than expected. Thanks Dave!

Dave came out and gave us a great inspection. We are first time homebuyers so he walked us through every little detail. He explained things to us with simplicity and we really appreciated that. Buying a home is as stressful enough as is. He was nice enough to come out to PV and break everything down. I will use them on my next home purchase no doubt. Thanks!
