I'm a swing dancer and brought two pairs of leather dance shoes for some rehab (one yellow pair and one blue pair). Lucy, the owner, was very attentive to my request to replace the heels, fix loose stitching, and polish both pairs according to their colors. I requested that the shoes be finished within 3 days and Lucy called me in two days to notify me that my shoes were ready early. The work was done very well and my shoes looked great!! The price was also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this family-run shoe repair shop! They will be my go-to spot for any needed shoe repairs.
Very kind and honest service. I brought in a heel with a minor issue, and the woman at the front immediately took it to the back to be repaired. While waiting, I noticed they are a cash/check-only establishment and let her know I’d need to run out and come back to pay. She told me that if it was a quick fix, there would be no need to charge me. My heel was fixed in minutes at no cost. It was a very generous gesture. I’ll definitely be back when this pair gives out or when I need any other shoes repaired.
