Absolutely great service!! I brought in a pair of my dance boots to replace the worn out heel and a general touch up. They did the job quickly, and then when I got them back, they looked amazing and with brand new heels which I really like! Definitely will be coming back, and is now my go to for shoe repair!!
This is a gem of a place. Lucy is friendly and so fair. She and the cobbler discussed how to lengthen the strap of a newly purchased eBay Kate Spade purse. Their advice was spot on. Instead of replacing the chain portion of the strap, they showed me some leather possibilities that could be used to make a new leather portion of the strap. We decided on the pebbled cowhide that closely matched the purse. These people
genuinely care, a rarity these days. The workmanship is perfect. I will now proudly wear this renovated crossbody purse. Highly recommend.
I brought 2 pairs of sandals and 1 purse buckle for my first repairs at Shoetorium. The service was extremely fast, friendly, informative, and affordable. This is easily going to be my new default repair shop for all things relevant. They accept cash and check only, but they will give you fair warning before you pickup 😊
