Finding a caregiver for our father seemed like an overwhelming task, yet Kim and Darlene worked tirelessly to always find the right person for the job. We felt secure in knowing our father wasn't alone and with the most qualified match available. Kim and Darlene listen to you and what you want and they are there to make sure you are happy with the selection and if for some reason it's not a match they will fix it quickly. We had full faith and trust in them with our precious father's unique & at times challenging care. We highly recommend them.
This is a long overdue review for Select Home Care Pasadena. In January 2021 my father took a fall, breaking his hip (for a second time) and needed assistance for several weeks. At this point, my mother was physically unable to take care of him like she was in the past. This was an 80+ year old couple who wanted to remain independent - and during the pandemic - were simply not able to. I'm grateful for Verdugo Hills Hospital for their recommendation of this service. The team of caregivers was amazing - they became like family - taking care of both of their needs.
