Terrible. They didn't listen to what I wanted. Cut my hair way too short than requested.

Heard some employee flirting with someone else, then calling his wife to talk sweetly. It was disgusting. Standards and ethics are on the ground here. Terrible service.

Phone #is a person's cell who's message is something like "it's George, leave your message", nothing about any business. So, I leave a message. Later, I get a call from this company saying I left a message with whoever. I said, yeah I want to schedule time, I live right down the street. They respond, well which location, we have several. So I explained where I live and the location I found on Google maps. They respond, yeah that's really close. Like I could have been wrong about my own street? So I ask about the phone number on Google maps and the message, they say "yeah, that's the owner", then finally ask me if I want to schedule an appointment. Here to share my horror story. I went in to see Gloria to get my hair cut to a bob and some color blocking. She recommended that Marco cut my hair since he “does more short hair cuts”. I asked for a chin length bob with subtle long layering and he gave me this (see photo) I cried so much. I ended up getting tape in extensions for 4 months which cost me hundreds of dollars, and now I am dealing with the damage to my hair because of that. Thinning and broken hair. Gloria did my tape ins once and they all fell out. She did not refund my money. This has been months of stress and a huge hit to my self confidence.
