If I could give 6 stars, I would. Sam was quick to respond when my old PC got the dreaded white screen. I had to buy a new desktop, but couldn't get into my old one to transfer my stuff. Sam gave me solutions immediately and a link to purchase an adapter to access my hard drive. I didn't feel comfortable doing this myself since I didn't know if my HD was corrupted. Sam gave me an appointment the next day and came to my home. He was so knowledgeable and was able to access my hard drive and move everything into my new computer. This is such an amazing service--helped out efficiently and patiently with a computer that I thought was toast. Didn't waste my time, didn't even charge me. If you have a computer thats broken, use this service!
