We are very disappointed with the quality of our Room & Board sofa. Feathers regularly poke through the cushions, causing discomfort, and the fabric has already torn in several places. Given the price we paid, we expected significantly better quality and a higher level of customer service.
For a bunch of low wage, poorly dressed employees, the staff sure has a smug sense of suppuriorrity. I couldn't tell they were employees because they just sat and stared at their screens at. I thought they were customers on a research interface, but nope. We (along with every other customer) were just getting ignored. We are ready to buy and found something we really like, but we just can't after the that experience.
Enjoyed working with Cory here on the purchase of our York sofa. He was patient and accommodating as we worked through design, layout, and fabric selection. He could not have been more helpful. Wish we lived closer!
