For a bunch of low wage, poorly dressed employees, the staff sure has a smug sense of suppuriorrity. I couldn't tell they were employees because they just sat and stared at their screens at. I thought they were customers on a research interface, but nope. We (along with every other customer) were just getting ignored. We are ready to buy and found something we really like, but we just can't after the that experience.

Enjoyed working with Cory here on the purchase of our York sofa. He was patient and accommodating as we worked through design, layout, and fabric selection. He could not have been more helpful. Wish we lived closer!

Staff was standoffish and wasnt willing to help us look at furniture or answer basic questions. When we told the sales manager we were upset that nobody was willing to help, she laughed at us on our way out out the door. Disappointed and we won't be buying anything from r&b
