    Was supposed to get a toe injury fixed, got a cheilectomy but a bunion was left untreated despite that being the initial reason I came in. Now I need to get another surgery to remove the bunion since it’s been causing me a whole new set of issues since the surgery.

    I came here seeking help because I suffer from issues with my tailbone. I have a PPO so I did some research and went with Dr. Pradhan because he seemed top notch. I noticed a lot of comments on here mention his bedside manner, but honestly he just means business and sticks to the important stuff (I'm a surgical tech so I might just be used to doctors keeping it short). Overall, despite the story I'm going to share I do think he seems like he cares about his patients though. I've seen Doctor Pradhan twice and now, but I'm now seeking a second opinion.     I am giving Risser two stars ONLY because for several years they provided good service to my elderly mother. Then everything changed, and I would give them negative stars if I could. I found them rude, unhelpful, and borderline negligent.

    My 92-year old mother had been receiving Cortisone shots for her arthritis for several years, but without explanation, Risser suddenly refused to grant her appointments. After several attempts to call and ask why, a lovely scheduler called Mom’s doctor and told me that the doctor looked at the most recent x-ray and, because of the cracked femur, the cortisone would do no good.
