Sienna is extremely unprofessional. My whole experience with her was HORRIBLE! During my service she kept talking about a man that walks by her salon everyday we’re not teenagers. She sat on the couch on her phone and DoorDashed and gossiped with Athena the entire time!! I literally was tuning them out because I just wanted my hair done!!! She then left my hair so BLOTCHED! I feel so ugly I haven’t left the house at all. please look at the images they don’t lie and tell me that my “burgundy” if it’s even that is worth 200!! She refuses to fix my hair. You are on your own when you walk in there. Just browse around in there and try to find an available stylist who doesn't have an appt and maybe they can take you. Big difference between stylists too. Hope you get lucky...

What does it take for this place of business to answer their phone ? The owner must be very wealthy to be able to afford missing potential clients god bless them in this time of war and famine
