Oh what a Relief it was. I had some Cyst which needed to be removed. My doctor/demotolgist was amazing. They offer many services and they are located in Pasadena. Definitely, reach out to them for any cosmetic needs.
I don’t normally write this kind of review, but was compelled to do so, mainly because I found all of the staff to be extremely pleasant during my first visit to the Pasadena location. In particular, Dr Shipman immediately exuded both kindness and confidence in equal measures. It’s too early in my particular situation to know about how they are with results… but it did feel comforting that everyone was easy to deal with, empathetic, and courteous. It’s also a big plus that the doctor seemed to know how to work with my HMO, which is often regarded as a very difficult feat. From checking in, to my intake with Laura, and then meeting with Dr. Shipman my experience was smooth. Great environment and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend checking them out.
