I called to get a blowout as I honestly didn't feel like washing my hair and styling it myself today. I called in around 4pm and Liz picked up and said I can come in. I was there by 4:15pm. Something about the vibe of the salon and Liz herself made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time there. I decided to talk to Liz about starting my hair health journey. I have played around with my hair between purple and blue hair to impromptu short cut and bangs. Needless to say my hair has been through a lot. My last cut was 6 months ago and I've had untouched highlights for about the same time. I was majorly due for a touch up. I even talked to Liz about going darker as I feel my hair had just gotten too light for me. She quickly mentioned doing a cut no more than 1 1/2 inches and a tone. She brought out the tone boom to reference color and what I'm looking for. She went into detail of how my hair health journey is going to look and what it will entail. I agreed to the cut and tone. By 5:45pm I was out with a new routine, a tone, cut, blowdry and style. My hair already looks healthier and shiny with new found bounce. Liz took a walking blowout and turned it into the beginning of a journey!

Had such a great experience at Pasadena Beauty bar. I booked Julie for a makeup appointment there for my birthday dinner & she didn’t disappoint. I showed her a makeup inspiration and she not only met my expectations but exceeded it. I highly recommend Julie M. if you are looking for makeup services. Becky is an absolute gem! It can be hard finding a truly talented colorist and I am so happy I found her! My hair was several colors from grown-out dye jobs and she color-corrected it and transformed it into a silky, beautiful chocolate brown, exactly like I wanted.
