Service was a little long in wait but product was worth that wait. Mark takes a photo of what you bring in so it is easy to see you get back what you leave to be refinished. I would add Mark gives good counsel about what you bring to him to refinish. Have sometimes found business hours aren't always dependable, for whatever reason, but I realize for essentially a one person business Mark does well by what you leave him to refinished. Might be a good thought to call before dropping by to make sure the business is open.

I brought in a 13 piece silver plated punch bowl set and an 11 piece egg cruet set for replating. They did an excellent job! I don't think anybody else would have done a better job.
