I am an VA Accredited agent, I often review C&P exams in preparation for appeals. It's truly shocking what one particular examiner this company hired usually does on reports. I've worked 20-30 appeals that all lead back to MSLA provider. The examiner gives a negative opinion no matter what is in the record. I have to appeal everything this particular examiner touches, I win all my appeals, but it really takes a toll on the veterans. Truly shameful that MSLA would allow veterans to be treated that way. The examiner has had a negative impact on countless veterans, and at least 20-30 of my clients. You are destroying veterans' lives.

I came here as a part of my medical claim with the va. The facilities are decent but the parking is terrible. Street parking isn't an option and there's no real guides telling you where to go. I accidentally ended up in a reserved spot and it was too late for the attendant to tell me. Parking is also cash only expect there's no where in the building to get ash so you'll need to walk over to the strip mall and get cash back from one of the stores there.

I went to MSLA in Sacramento CA. The VA scheduled me for to different appointments. The first appointment secured my opinion that this is a cut rate outfit. The nursing assistant at the front took my blood pressure 3 times in the same arm in less than a minute, which gives you a unreliable blood pressure. The furniture looked like it was from a garage sale. The physician pardon my terminology must have just stepped of a boat from China, I could not understand a word he was saying. He never once opened my C File. He was probably playing World of Warcraft. The medical exam area furniture looked like it came out of a WW II storage facility. The Doctor was unprofessional, and had horrible bed side manor. I got a 0% TBI rating for that visit. My Second cemented my opinion of this company same BS with the front desk. Different Doctor must have just gotten off the boat. She was way more unprofessional then the first Doctor wouldn't shake my hand. Spoke to me like I was an idiot. Wouldn't listen to anything blew me off like I was full of shit. I got a secondary condition rating from the VA for epilepsy caused by the TBI I sustained in Iraq from an IED. The thing that pisses me off the most is that MY VA NEUROLOGIST WORTE IN MY FILE THAT IN HER PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OPINION THAT THE TBI AND SEIZURES ARE RELATED AND CAUSED BY THE IED, and some how these clowns got it denied. I am currently appealing the denial and fighting to raise my TBI rating. This company was a quick and easy fix to the VA backlog. The only problem is now the appeal portion of the VA is backlogged out to five years to to the high denial rate for initial claims. The VA fixed nothing and this company make millions, at the expense of tax payers and veteran's. Do not get your Como and Pen done by them say you want a VA Comp and Pen not a third party. This company sucks more that this year's presidential candidates.
