I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Metropolis Dermatology in Pasadena. From check-in to checkout, the team is friendly, clear, and genuinely supportive, especially when helping me sort out the details of my insurance. The wait times have always been perfectly reasonable for a medical office; they take their time to do things thoroughly, which I actually value. I’ve seen multiple providers across their locations, and all were fantastic—thoughtful, attentive, and truly invested in my concerns. Recommend Metropolis Dermatology!
Check in process went smooth. My wait was less than 5 minutes. I was met by an Associate immediately. Then the main physician entered and examined me. The whole procedure for my exam went smooth and efficient.
If I could give them 6 stars I would the PA and Assistant were awesome, honest, and transparent they explained the cost before the did the procedure how refreshing good listeners too
