My ordeal with Dr. Jung's practice has been deeply disappointing. After an agonizing wait of nearly two months for my appointment, it was abruptly canceled by Dr. Jung just six days prior, with a reschedule offered for another month away. This left me in a state of perpetual uncertainty regarding my surgical needs. I find both unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of consideration for patients' time and health concerns falls far below the standard of care anyone would reasonably expect from their doctor or surgeon.
