Joel and his crew did a great job with electrical and patching in my 1920s Spanish Revival home. Great communication, fair prices, and very considerate and conscientious in my home. Also, he’s just a really nice guy with a nice team. I will definitely hire him again for future work.

I recently worked with Joel Hatch Construction to perform a variety of updates to my 1941 Bridgen Ranch home in Pasadena. The work was well estimated, well communicated, well scheduled, and well executed. All the work was done to a high standard and my feedback was regularly sought and responded to quickly. In the little over two months the crew spent at my house, they were there every day, always working (this was reported to me by neighbors, my gardener, and others who observed the work while I was away at my job), conducted themselves in a professional manner, and left my property in a secure and clean state at the end of each day.
